CIRCLE –Wing of young feminist team marked the International Women’s Day event of 2021 with COVID-19 frontline workers, Women leaders, and other leaders working for the community.
The event was marked as a theme of “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a Covid-19 World.”
The team’s goal “Emerging young women leaders to build their capacity on leadership and end all forms of violence against women, girls and children also emphasized by the team through speeches and activities.
During the one-hour event, CIRCLE’s (1) Website has been launched officially, and (2) the selected 10 women survivors who lost their income due to COVID -19 lockdown received small cash grants to expand and continue the livelihood works.
Nearly 20 people took part in the event.
